Nate Will is a Vice President of the Office/Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. He brings valuable experience and expertise in serving the real estate needs of owners and tenants in the North Texas market. Nate specializes in Industrial, Flex, Office and Medical Office property types, as well as assisting current and potential commercial real estate investors in identifying and securing new cash-flowing assets.
Nate is particularly proud of his ability to work with, and retain repeat business of, a diverse array of companies in different industries. His attention to detail, persistence and wide range of experience are vital in helping his clients grow through many real estate cycles. Nate’s projects range from simple lease renewals and project leasing, to expanding tenant clients into new markets, brokering build-to-suit options, multiple facility roll-outs and sale-leasebacks. Nate also has extensive experience in the disposition of environmentally impacted property through Court Appointed Receivership work, particularly rural gas stations and corner stores throughout the State of Texas.
Personal Information:
Nate is a graduate of the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech. While earning a degree in Marketing, Nate was very involved at Texas Tech, serving as President of the Lambda Tau Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji), and as a Student Senator representing the Business School, among other roles. Nate and his wife, Kelly, reside in Plano, Texas.
