His past responsibilities included acquisitions, development planning, property management, construction and the management and disposition of all developed assets. He has a successful record of developing shopping centers, office buildings and multi-family projects. Most notably, he was responsible for developing the Prestonwood Village and Creek, a 450,000 sf mixed-use retail/office complex in far North Dallas. As Executive Vice President of Facility Management for the Residential Company his responsibility included lease management, site selection negotiating all leases, space planning, construction oversight and purchasing equipment.
