Professional Information: David Donosky, a native of Dallas , Texas , began a career in real estate 35 years ago.  Mr. Donosky is the Chairman of Miller Real Estate Advisors, Inc. and Miller Realty Investment Partners, Inc., affiliated corporations of Henry S. Miller Commercial Company.  In that capacity, Mr. Donosky is responsible for the real estate investment banking activities that include the selection and private syndication of existing or to-be-developed investment properties.

Professional History:  Prior to joining Henry S. Miller Commercial in 1994, Mr. Donosky was secretary, treasurer, later CFO and then CEO of Miller Co.  David began his real estate career in Dallas in 1965 with the original Henry S. Miller Company, which merged with Grubb & Ellis in 1984.  He held numerous positions with Grubb & Ellis and was involved in real estate brokerage, syndication, development, management and investment portfolio management.  As Chairman of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group, Mr. Donosky has bought and sold millions of dollars of income producing real estate.
