Professional Information:  Before joining Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC, J. David Young, started his real estate career in 1989 as Regional Vice President of Development for Days Inn of America. Young then joined Hospitality Franchise Systems, Inc. as Regional Vice President in 1990 and served in that position till 1992 when he became the Senior Vice President of Development for HFS, Inc, western region. In 1995, Young was promoted to Managing Director, International Franchise Development and was significant in the initial development of HFS, Inc.’s international hotel division. During his time as Managing Director, Young was in charge of expansion and development in 29 countries within Asia, South Africa, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East and Latin America. Most recently, as Hospitality Broker and Advisor for Intergroup Companies, Young provided development, brokerage and financing advisement to hospitality and real estate industries worldwide. J. David Young joined Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC to spear-head the formation of Henry S. Miller Hospitality Group and to service all clients’ hospitality brokerage and development needs.
