Miller Commercial and Manager of the Houston office.  Gulley specializes in the sales and acquisitions of all types of land including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, investment and speculative.  Gulley is a graduate of Texas A&M University.  In 1998, he was named to the prestigious Chairman's Council of Henry S. Miller Commercial for reaching $1 million in career commission production.

Recently Gulley has brokered transactions including 13 acres to Embrey Partners for a multi-family development; 49 acres to Beazer Homes for single family development; 26 acres to Eagle Logistics for their corporate headquarters; 9 acres to Kobelco America, Inc. for their 122,000 build-to-suit square foot worldwide parts distribution center; an 85-acre master planned development to a developer; 40 acres to Wal-Mart stores; 2,300 acre tract in Brazoria County; 600 acres in Brazoria County; a sale of a major steel distribution in northwest Houston; a build-to-suit for the General Services Assocation; sale of a high rise condo tract on Cypresswood Dr. and 30 acres to JPI Texas Development for apartment development.
