build-to-suit square foot worldwide parts
distribution center; an 85-acre master planned
development to a developer; 40 acres to Wal-Mart
stores; 2,300 acre tract in Brazoria County; 600
acres in Brazoria County; a sale of a major steel
distribution in northwest Houston; a build-to-suit
for the General Services Assocation; sale of a
high rise condo tract on Cypresswood Dr. and 30
acres to JPI Texas Development for apartment
