Professional Information:  Robert Stone has more than 20 years commercial real estate experience and joined Henry S. Miller Commercial (HSMC) in 1995.  He currently heads the Senior Housing and Multifamily Division.   Over the past ten years, Stone has assisted his senior housing and multifamily clients in the acquisition and sale of apartments, congregate care, assisted living and nursing home facilities located in five states in addition to performing site selection and consulting services for new facilities to be developed throughout Texas.  Mr. Stone’s education includes a BS from Texas A&M University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and he has held the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation since 1994.  Stone served five years as an officer in the U.S. Army prior to his real estate career.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas.  He has completed real estate consulting assignments in over 30 states.

Professional History:  Prior to joining HSMC, Stone was heavily involved in the development of commercial mixed-use projects located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio for a regional developer (1985-1988) and in the brokerage of land and income producing properties from 1989 until 1995.  He has sold or leased virtually every commercial property type for numerous clients.  Since 1995 Stone has specialized in the brokerage of senior housing, multi-family and land upon which to build these product types.
