Professional Information: Tom Ford is Senior Vice President of our Houston office.  Ford's education includes a BBA in Marketing from Marshall University and appointment to the University Men's Leadership Honorary.

Professional History:  Ford is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing and sales but specializes in office leasing tenant representation.  He was #1 producer in year 2000 for Henry S. Miller Commercial's Houston office.   During his 24 year career he completed a 170,000 square foot lease for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic involving a lead tenant lease transaction in their corporate and clinic headquarters building, St. Lukes Tower, closed the sale of the 275,000 square foot 2000 West Loop building, and negotiated the 225,000 square foot North American Mortgage  corporate relocation.  Ford also opened and managed the downtown Houston office for a national brokerage company, marketed Cullen Center, a 4,000,000 square foot office and hotel complex and negotiated all major leases in 1600 Smith building, including the 210,000 square foot Entex lease.
