The Farm & Ranch Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC is headquartered in Dallas, Texas and focuses on the brokerage of rural and recreational properties located throughout the state.  Through Miller's offices in Dallas, Houston, we have a multi-disciplined team to represent a Seller in disposing of a property or to represent a Buyer in finding exactly what they are seeking.

In addition to traditional brokerage services, the Farm & Ranch Division can "team up" with the Appraisal & Consulting Division to offer crucial valuation services and ad valorem tax representation.  This team has performed appraisals on farm and ranch properties up to 90,000 acres in size throughout Texas and the southwestern states.

As an ancillary service to Buyers and Sellers of farm and ranch properties, agents can assist in coordinating leases for livestock (grazing), crop production, hunting, fishing and other recreational use.  These services are typically offered only in conjunction with an anticipated sale.

The Farm & Ranch Division uses proven strategies to maximize a property's exposure to qualified buyers in a timely manner.  In addition to traditional marketing and advertising, we rely on the personal relationships established with prospective buyers by over 100 agents in Henry S. Miller Commercial's various divisions and an additional 2,000 + agents in The Commercial Network offices in the United States and abroad.
