HOUSTON, TX – January 4, 2001--Amazing Spaces, Inc., a self-storage company, has recently purchased 12.95 acres located on the north side of Louetta at Champions in Houston, Texas from Fred F. Caldwell, Trustee.  Lacy Miclette Price of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer and Keith P. Grothaus of Caldwell-Watson represented the Seller.
