Samrah Northwest Village, Ltd., of Dallas Purchases 31,418 sf Building from Northwest Saturn, Ltd.

DALLAS, TX – February 16, 2001--Samrah Northwest Village, Ltd., of Dallas has purchased a 31,418 sq. ft. building and retail center located at the northwest corner of Northwest Highway and Saturn Road in Garland from Northwest Saturn, Ltd.  Representing Northwest Saturn, Ltd. were Robert Grunnah, President of Investment Division, Robert Lamm, S. V. P. Retail Division, Jerry Grable, S. V. P. Investments Division and Darrell Hurmis, S. V. P. Investments Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial. David Najafi of Royal Realty Advisors represented the buyer.
