Provident Realty Advisors Purchases 6.368 Acres for Shopping Center from Developer

DALLAS, TX - February 19, 2001--Provident Realty Advisors has purchased Elliott Property, which is 6.368 acres of property, from a developer to be used as a shopping center. And Provident Realty Advisors also purchased another 3.86 acres from NEC at Trinity Blvd. & Euless. This land will be used as a shopping center as well. Representing both the buyer and seller was Ross Love, V. P. of Henry S. Miller Commercial Retail Division.
