HOUSTON, TX – February 26, 2001--411 North Sam Houston 411, Limited Partnership has recently purchased a 115,222 square foot office building located at 411 North Sam Houston Parkway, Kingwood, Texas from 411 North Sam Houston Parkway, Ltd.  Rollie Andre and Tom Ford of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Seller.
