Oakwood Property Has Purchased a 300 Unit Apartment Complex on 15 Acres of Land from Brookhollow Apartments in El Paso

DALLAS, TX - April 3, 2001--Oakwood Properties of Dallas, a talented mid-size real estate development/ management company has purchased Brook Hollow Apartments, a 300-unit complex in El Paso.  The apartments will be rehabilitated to appeal to the growing professional and military personnel residential market of El Paso.  Ross Love, V.
