Diagnostic Associates Leases 8,149 sf in Emerald Office Center

DALLAS, TX - April 6, 2001--Diagnostic Associates of North Texas has signed a long-term lease for 8,149 rsf in the Emerald Office Center in Frisco.  Christopher C. Leighton with Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant, a group of nine internal medicine specialists, and Bill Mays of Mays Frankum Enterprises represented the landlord.

Henry S. Miller Commercial, founded in 1914, is Texas’ largest independent commercial real estate firm and a member of The Commercial Network, one of the largest affiliations of commercial real estate firms in the nation.
