The University of North Texas Purchases Office/Showroom from M/A/R/C Research

DALLAS, TX - April 6, 2001--The University of North Texas has purchased a 15,000 sq. ft. office/showroom from M/A/R/C Research, located at 1700 Wilshire in Denton .  The facility will be used as the new campus police station.  Dan Spika, S. V. P. Office/Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented University of North Texas and John Aldridge of Colliers Baldwin-Texas represented M/A/R/C Research.
