Arlington Medical Plaza Leases Space in a Triple Deal

DALLAS, TX - April 11, 2001--Jim Turano, S.V.P. of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Arlington Medical Plaza , located at 801 Road to Six Flags, in the transactions of a three-lease deal.  The leases include Tarrant Mental Health Mental Retardation who has leased 4,838 sq. ft. of office space, Quest Dental Lab has leased 1,099 sq. ft. of office space and Dr. Paul A Vaughn, a spinal surgeon has leased 1,680 sq. ft. of space.
