PHO Republic Leases 5,200 sf of Retail Space from Towne North S/C Partners, Ltd.

DALLAS, TX - April 11, 2001--Noodle – 0-1, Inc., dba PHO Republic of Huntington Beach, CA has leased 5,200 sq. ft. of retail space from Towne North S/C Partner, Ltd located at the southwest corner of Beltline and Northgate.  The space will be used as an Asian cuisine restaurant.  Dan Shoevlin, E.V.P. and Tara Harper, both of the Retail Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the tenant and the landlord.
