Texas Aluminum Industries, Inc. Leases 35,962 sf of Space from Prologis Trust

DALLAS, TX - April 11, 2001--Texas Aluminum Industries, Inc. has leased 35,962 sq. ft. of office space from Prologis Trust located at 151 Regal Row.  The space will be used as a distribution center.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.
