Hart Heat Transfer Products, Inc. Purchases 1.85+/- acres

HOUSTON , TX – May 16, 2001--Hart Heat Transfer Products, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial cooling equipment, has recently purchased 1.86+/- acres located at 8226 Kerr Street , Houston , Texas from Vosco, Inc.  M. Bruce Jester of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both parties.
