MAEDC Purchases Apartment Building

DALLAS, TX - March 6, 2001--The Maple Avenue Economic Development Committee (MAEDC) has purchased The Palm House Apartments located at 3501 Renzel Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas.  The property contains 98,256 rentable square feet in 155 units.  Ron Belanger, a Senior Vice President at Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the seller, Residential Healthcare Properties, Inc., in the sale of the community.  Dick Hoffmann of Anterra Realty represented the purchaser.
