Inner Space Leases Retail Space for Home Theater and Car Audio Store

DALLAS, TX - June 8, 2001--Stonebriar, Inc., d.b.a. Inner Space, has leased 5,250 square feet of retail space at Beltline Road and Marsh Lane in Dallas, Texas for a high-end home theater and car audio store.  The space is currently being finished out for a July 1 move in.  Dan Shoevlin and Tara Harper, of Henry S. Miller, represented Inner Space in the transaction.  Chris Wozniak, of Beltway Development Corporation, represented the landlord.
