Perry's Restaurant Leases Retail Space for Steak House

DALLAS, TX - June 8, 2001--Perry's Restaurant has leased 6,200 square feet at 2520 Cedar Springs Rd., Dallas, Texas, formerly the site of Ruggeries, for their first restaurant location.  The space is currently under renovation for an August move in and September opening.  Perry's Restaurant will have a rustic, old world atmosphere and will serve prime beef and fresh seafood.  Tara Harper and Mark Hajdu, of Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the Perry's place in the transaction.  Jack Gosnell, of The Gosnell Company, represented the landlord.
