DALLAS, TX - June 18, 2001--Worldwide Capital, Inc. has subleased 3,518 square feet of office space from Information View Services at 14131 Midway Rd. in Addison, Texas.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM and Linda Ward of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Worldwide Capital in the transaction.  Steven Schneider of Grubb & Ellis represented Information View Services.
