3D Washworld Leases Pioneer Village Shopping Center Location

DALLAS, TX - June 25, 2001--3D Washworld has signed a lease for 5,200 square feet at the Pioneer Village Shopping Center in Arlington, Texas.  The site will be the future location of a coin-operated washateria, their ninth location.  Peter Kosley of Henry S. Miller represented both the tenant and Pioneer Parkway, Ltd., the landlord, in the transaction.
