City of Murphy Buys 3.877 Acres For Future City Hall Complex

DALLAS, TX - July 6, 2001--The City of Murphy has purchased the Phillips Lumber Company, 3.877 acres, for future development of their City Hall complex.  The property is located at 136 N. Murphy Road, Murphy, Texas.  John St. Clair of Henry S. Miller represented the seller, Phillips Properties, and Con Shirley of LaFayette Properties, Inc. represented the City of Murphy.
