Inside Out Shop, Inc. Leases 9,087 sf of Retail Space

DALLAS, TX - July 6, 2001--Inside Out Shop, Inc. has leased 9,087 square feet for their new retail store that will offer outdoor furniture and accessories.  The site is located in the Village Center, 2140 East Southlake Blvd., Suite 2116, Southlake, TX 76092.  Jerry Yoder and Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller represented the tenant and Scott Singleton with Regency Centers represented the landlord, Regency Texas Realty Holdings.
