Meadowbrook Equities Leases Space for New Corporate Office

DALLAS, TX - July 6, 2001--Meadowbrook Equities Limited has leased 2,269 square feet of office space at 4514 Cole Avenue, Suite #1020, Dallas, Texas  75205.  Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller represented the tenant and Kim Brook of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the landlord, Highland Park Place.
