Mail Mart Has Expanded and Renewed Lease

DALLAS, TX – July 16, 2001--Mail Mart, Inc. has added another 6,084 square feet to their business, expanding and renewing their lease for a total of 43,083 square feet at 4821 Topline in Dallas, Texas.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM, with Henry S. Miller represented the landlord, Mercantile Quaker, LLC and Floyd Bates of Bates and Myers Company represented the tenant.
