Raymond Corporation Purchases 73,180 SF of Land

DALLAS, TX – July 16, 2001--The Raymond Corporation, d.b.a Salon Suites, has purchased 73,180 square feet of land at the Northeast corner of LBJ Freeway and MacArthur in Irving, Texas. The land will be used to develop a 14,000 square foot salon suites facility.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller represented the seller, Pasta Properties, Inc., and Joy Riley of Henry S. Miller Residential represented the buyer in the transaction.
