Sakom Investments Ltd. Leases 50,000 SF of Warehouse Space

DALLAS, TX – July 16, 2001--Sakom Investments Ltd. has leased 50,000 square feet of air-conditioned warehouse space at the Evans Warehouses located at 500 Beach Street in Fort Worth, Texas. The warehouse is being remodeled for wholesale distribution of grocery and sundry items that will be sold to convenience stores and independent retail store operations. With a Dallas operation already established, Sakom Investments Ltd. will use the newly acquired space to expand its operations into Tarrant County.  Ross Love, a vice president of Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the landlord, Melvin Evans Warehouses, and the tenant in the deal.
