Southwestern Classic Corporation leases 15,173 S.F. Office/Warehouse Space

DALLAS, TX – July 16, 2001--Southwestern Classic Corporation, a distributor of automobile parts and accessories, has leased 15,173 square feet of office/warehouse space at 1120 Eden Road, Suite 102, in Arlington, Texas.  Trey Fricke of Henry S. Miller represented the tenant and Blake Martensen of Peyco Properties represented the landlord, Eden Road Investments, Ltd.
