Provident Realty Advisors has Purchased 1.282 Acres

DALLAS, TX – July 27, 2001Provident Realty Advisors has purchased 1.282 acres of land at 4408 Bryan Street in Dallas, TX, from Industrial Catering, Inc.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller represented the seller and Kipp Platt represented the buyer in the acquisition of the site.
