Turtle Development Associates Purchases 1545 Acres for Future Development

DALLAS, TX – July 27, 2001--Turtle Development Associates has purchased 1545 acres of land for future development at the Northwest quadrant of FM 2965 and I-20 in Kaufman County.  Ray Utley of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction for the seller, S.O.Q. Ltd.
