D.R. Horton Purchases 9 Lots For Single Family Homes

DALLAS, TX – August 3, 2001--D.R. Horton – Texas Ltd. has purchased their first 9 single-family lots in Phase One of the Reatta Ridge Subdivision at FM 156 and John Wiley Road in Justin, Texas. D.R. Horton will be building in the subdivision along with Coleman Homes.  Max Lindsay and Tim Black, vice presidents in Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Land Division, represented the buyer and Synergy Brokerage represented the seller, Reatta Ridge, Ltd.
