Continental Homes Purchases 183 Acres for Single Family Development

DALLAS, TX – August 22, 2001--Continental Homes has purchased Summit Parc, 183 acres, from HSM Devco for a single-family subdivision.  Ray Utley and Chris Colombe of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction.
