Southern Gourmet, Inc. Leases 4,000 sf for Hot Sauce House

DALLAS, TX – August 23, 2001--Southern Gourmet, Inc. has leased 4,000 square feet at 2774 S.E. Loop 820, Building 4, in Fort Worth, Texas.  The Facility will be used to house the production and distribution of the company's hot sauces.  Trey Fricke of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant; David Barber of NAI Stoneleigh represented the landlord, 820 Business Park.
