4,500 sf Leased for Upscale Ladies Consignment Store

DALLAS, TX – August 31, 2001--Denise Compton has leased 4,500 square feet at Parkwood Village, on the northeast corner of Harwood and Norwood in Bedford, Texas, where she will open an upscale ladies consignment store, Denise's Boutique.  Gordon Campbell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the tenant and the landlord.
