La Michoacana Expands in North Texas

DALLAS, TX – August 31, 2001--La Michoacana, Houston-based meat market chain, has signed a lease with the Casa View in Garland, Texas for 6,200 square feet.  The space, located at 2402 Gus Thomason, will be the future site of their second Garland store, due to open in January.  The chain currently has approximately 30 locations throughout Texas that caters to the Hispanic market.  Luis Pina of Henry S. Miller represented both sides of the transaction.
