Lakeland Paper Leases 89,544 sf in Arlington

DALLAS, TX – August 31, 2001--Lakeland Paper has relocated its plant from Sturgis, Michigan to Arlington, Texas and has leased 89,544 square feet from Northwestern Mutual Life.  The building is located at 600 109th Street in Arlington, Texas, and will be developed into a paper converter.  The plant will open around September 1, and will employ approximately 35 people.  David Teeter of Henry S.
