DALLAS, TX – August 31, 2001--Sears Carpet and Upholstery is relocating their store and has leased 5,184 square feet at 2554 Chenault Drive in Dallas, Texas.  Rhonda Rittenhouse and Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant; Ron Bullock of Wilcox Realty represented the landlord, PHL-OPCO.
