78/Hooper Ltd. Purchases Land for Retail Development

DALLAS, TX - September 13, 2001-- 78/Hooper Ltd. Partnership has purchased 6.881 acres of vacant land for future retail development, pad sites.  The property is located on the southeast corner of State Highway 78 and Hooper Road in Sachse, Collin County, Texas.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Buddy Wall of Century 21 Judge Fite represented the seller, Billy C. Nelson.
