Mattress Giant Leases 4,000 SF at Valley View Market

DALLAS, TX - September 13, 2001-- Mattress Giant Corporation has leased 4,000 square feet at Valley View Market Shopping Center, located at the northwest corner of Midway Road and LBJ Freeway in Dallas, Texas. The site will be the future location of a new Mattress Giant store.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord, Midway LBJ Partners Ltd., and Michael Ullian with Rada Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.
