Mabil’s Dollar Store Leases 4,250 SF at Parkwood Village

DALLAS, TX - September 20, 2001--Mabil’s Dollar Store has leased 4,250 square feet at the Parkwood Village shopping center, located at the northeast corner of Harwood and Norwood in Bedford, Texas. The site will be the future location of a Mabil’s Dollar Store, the fourth for this tenant. Gordon Campbell and Peter Kosley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the tenant and the landlord, Parkwood Village Joint Venture, in the transaction.
