Quality Air Products Purchases 17,500 SF For Manufacturing Facility 

DALLAS, TX - September 20, 2001--Quality Air Products, a manufacturer of bottled gases, has purchased a 17,500 square foot warehouse at 2829 Ft. Worth Avenue in Dallas, Texas.  Quality Air products had been the tenant for the past four years and decided to purchase the property when the owner, Patricia Richardson, decided to sell the building that had originally been built for BOC Gases.  Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
