Tempress Products Purchases New Headquarters

DALLAS, TX - October 5, 2001--Tempress Products, a company that sells sport fishing and marine has purchased a 34,990 square foot building at 5052 Sharp Street in Dallas, Texas as their new headquarters distribution facility.  The purchase was made as an expansion move.  The company will be moving from their old 12,000 square foot facility at 2015 McKenzie in Valwood.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM, of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, John Weiss, and Greg Nelson of the Bradford Company represented the buyer.
