Forney Acreage Sold for Self-Storage Expansion

DALLAS, TX - October 12, 2001--New Horizon Enteprises has sold 2.456 acres to Ted and Joan Burris for the expansion of their self-storage business.  The property is located west of FM 548 on the North Service Road to Highway 80 in Forney, Texas.  Wayne Robinson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
