Tere's Meat Market Leases 12,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 19, 2001--Tere's Meat Market, Inc. has leased 12,000 square feet at Garland Square, located at 3160 Saturn Road, Suite 202 in Garland, Texas.  The site will be the future location of a Mexican meat market.  Luis Pina of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Mitchell S. Terry represented the landlord, Delta Investors, in this transaction.
