Subway Leases 3 DFW Sites

DALLAS, TX - October 22, 2001--Subway Real Estate Corp. has leased 4,355 square feet of retail space in three DFW area locations: 1,500 square feet at Pepper Square Shopping Center, Phase II at the southeast corner of Preston Road and Beltline Road in Dallas; 1,200 square feet in Valley View Market at the northwest corner of Midway Road and LBJ Freeway in Farmers Branch; and 1,655 square feet at Woodbridge Plaza at the northwest corner of Highway 26 and Norwood Road in Hurst.  Vaughn Miller, Dan Shoevlin, and Peter Kosley of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transactions.
