Brook Furniture Leases 14,370 sf for Storage/Distribution

DALLAS, TX - October 25, 2001--Brook Furniture has subleased 14,370 square feet from ARAMARK Uniform & Career Apparel, Inc., at 1124 Security Drive, Dallas, Texas.  The space will be used for storage and distribution purposes.  Al Shannon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented ARAMARK Uniform & Career Apparel, Inc. and Len Murray of Vantage Management Company represented Brook Furniture in the transaction.
