Owen Property Management Buys Ranch for Equestrian Operation

DALLAS, TX - October 25, 2001--Owen Property Management, Ltd. has purchased six acres with house, barn and stables for use as an equestrian facility.  The property is located at 2451 Union Church Road in Southlake, Texas.  Robert Stone, CCIM of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Bunny Eklund of Century 21 Worldwide represented the seller, David Sammons, in the transaction.
